Reflow filament is made from recycled PET plastic gathered in Delhi, India. It comes in 750g rolls in two standard sizes: 1.75mm & 2.85mm.
PET is a strong and light-weight material suitable for all 3D FDM printers that are capable of printing in a range of 225°C - 235°C (435°F - 455°F). A heated bed is recommended but not required.
We are aiming to fulfill orders at the beginning of 2017.

PET is a versatile material, which is why it's one of the most used types of plastic in the world.
It's being increasingly used in the 3D printing industry because of its ease of use and strength.
Reflow is made from recycled plastic, little virgin petroleum is required for its production. This means we can remove bottle waste from the environment.
PET is a stiff and lightweight material, which makes it strong and impact-resistant. It’s a stable and harmless plastic.
Reflow filament has the same properties as virgin PET filament but it costs less. It also has other special features like flexible strength, easy adhesion, consistent diameter and no bubbles.
Beyond used for food containers, PET produces minimal odors or fumes when printed.
Because of it's primary use in plastic bottles, PET is easy for collectors to identify, ensuring that our filament is made from 100% PET.
By sourcing plastic and producing the filament in developing regions, we can increase the value of gathered plastic by up to 20 times. We reinvest part of our profits into local manufacturing projects so we grow together.
Our mission is to significantly improve the lives of the nearly 40 million waste collectors worldwide who earn less than $2 a day and to create a global, socially responsible 3D printing community.
Reflow recognises that in order for this filament to make a difference, we need to be 100% transparent, which is why we invite you to read our Transparency Page
